Principles of Structure and Work
1.      Before functions
Movable electrode, spring and thermal and sensitive material are installed in the metal tube of H4A series temperature over-heated fuse. Spring B is encased in a condensed situation. Its elasticity in the light of round plate to support the electrode can make it contact lead wire A. In the usual situation, the current in lead wire A can conduct to lead wire B through lead wire A, movable electrode, metal tube and lead wire B.
        2.      Functioning
When the ambient temperature exceeds the functioning temperature, the quantity of heat will melt the thermal and sensitive granule into liquid. At that time, Spring A and spring B will elongate. The elasticity of spring A will push moveable electrode to spring B to interrupt the contact with lead wire A and cut off the circuit. After a thermal link opens a circuit, the thermal link needs to be replaced. This replacement procedure must include correction of the fault condition before the product is operated again.
